I will help you frame the focus that will most effectively distill a model and a path for doing the work you really want to do how you really want to do it with an Integration Assessment that includes:

• a questionnaire re: your current offerings and challenges; your desired results; and the most natural way for you to integrate the sacred + the strategic parts of your work (the strategic); and

• listening to the subtle energy vibration of you and your work (the sacred).

Why listen to the subtle energy of you and your work? 

You (and your work) express a particular energy pattern. It shows us the natural shape and form of the work that wants to come through you. And a disruption or block in that energy pattern is the root of why you cannot get that work out into the world.

So we want to work there—at the root (because it has the power to shift everything from the inside out).

Together with the questionnaire, it makes the Integration Assessment a powerful framework to distill you a model and a path for doing the work you really want to do how you really want to do it.

2. Personalized Spiritual Practices.

I will listen for a Sanskrit mantra practice that will work at this root—at the intersection of what you’re creating and what you’re releasing—to reveal a clear path for integrating the sacred + the strategic parts of your work in the way that’s most natural for you—in your industry and at your stage of business—so that you will do the work you really want to do how you really want to do it, uniquely, powerfully and profitably. 

Your practices will be specific to you, and you might work with the same mantra practice or a progression of practices over the course of the 6 months.

Why mantra? 

Mantra is the spiritual practice of attuning to energetic qualities of the Divine (such as, trust, power, clarity, or insight) through vocalized sound.

A specific mantra will energetically untangle what’s keeping the work you’re creating bound up with the pattern you’re releasing at its root and bring the disruption in your energy into harmony—so that the integration of your work can unfold with clarity. 

(Think of it like an acorn that holds the pattern of the full grown oak tree—because energetically, that’s what it is.)

When I listen for your mantra practice, I listen for: (1) your clear, resonant energy; and (2) what’s in the way—where is there a disruption? 

I then ask what mantra will harmonize that disruption, so that your energy is clear—and you transform the energy pattern to allow the most natural integration and unfolding of your work.

We can get very specific and targeted with the mantra we work with—through the mantra itself and through the pitch, focus and intention of the practice (and working together privately allows us to do that). 

We will practice your personal mantra together in our sessions, and you will receive a binaural audio recording of each practice for your daily practice on your own.

3. Personalized Strategic Insight & Guidance.

26 Individual Mentoring Sessions
I will work with you 1:1 in 60-minute sessions every other week (for a total of 26 over 12 months) —using both spiritual practice and sound business strategy—to get clear on:

• what you really want to do—how you really want to do it;

• how (which of the 8 ways) to integrate the sacred + strategic aspects of your work to uniquely, powerfully and profitably do that—because what you want to do is a thing (a deep, meaningful and transformative thing); and

• what (one thing) to focus on right now to successfully develop and offer it. 

As-Needed Support between Sessions
I will also be available as needed between sessions for reflection and support via Voxer or WhatsApp.

• an original soul resonance painting (a reflection of you in color and line).  

Each is an energetic transmission and a talisman—energy medicine specifically for you in a tangible, tactile and enduring form—and immediately attunes you to the essence of who you are and transmits what is emerging for and through you.  

I create your mālā and soul resonance painting through a meditative process of deep listening—for harmony and disharmony in you.
