Join me for a weekly group mantra practice to root into the truth at the ground of your being.

I will listen for the most effective mantra practice for what the group needs right now, but it will:

• root you—in your body and the truth

• metabolize fear and rage

• activate and amplify the energy of truth, integrity and justice (dharma)—both for you and the collective

We will meet live for 6 Fridays at 3:30 ET. (½ hour, no one will hear you chant.)
