The Root-Source-Truth of the Pattern that Plagues You.
We all have it: that pattern that plagues us. That maddeningly, inexplicable thing cannot be reached and released. We think we’ve grappled with it, healed and let it go, over here, and it pops up over there. We’ve thrown every tool, practice and approach we know at it. And yes, things have shifted—sort of—until we’re back in the very same spot with it again.
That is a karmic knot.
I’ve been investigating one of mine, as it shows up in my relationship with money. I say investigating, because it really takes curiosity, a willingness for exploration and dogged tenacity to continue to go back over what feels like well-tred ground. Multiple strands run into and play out in my relationship with money. To the point where it gets perplexing, overwhelming and frustrating pretty quickly, particularly when I’ve done work on each of these at multiple levels and from multiple angles already. In other words, I’ve done all the things. And a meaningful, sustainable shift has been beyond my grasp, and the reason for it beyond my comprehension.
There was something I was not reaching. It felt beyond me. It certainly was beyond the work I’d already done around money. Revisiting that felt superficial. This was fundamental—and energetic.
And then, it landed. The root-source-truth. The heart at the center of all the strings of my knot. I owe for my very existence. I feel shame at who I am. These are not experience or trait specific. They are, in fact, rather inexplicable. I have no unturned association with having learned them, and I have no memory of them ever not being true. I came into this lifetime with them, and they pre-existed any experience I’ve had, with money or otherwise, that expressed them. The experiences are opportunities to heal this root cause by showing it to me. That is why our souls are here: to heal the root cause, not dance around with its specific expression.
Suddenly, such a complex issue, was reduced to something so simple and fundamental: owing a debt and shame.
I know exactly what to do with that.
Releasing karmic knots is what this work does. Incredibly powerfully and quickly.
